1. Who we are

2. Using this website

You must be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, please shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

3. Products and product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, including their ingredients, allergens and dietary badges. Photographs are illustrative — sweets are handmade goods and natural variation in colour, shape and size is normal. Weights shown are approximate and measured before packing.

Allergens. Every product page lists its ingredients and allergens. Our products are handled in a shared environment where nuts, milk, soy, wheat and other allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee any product is entirely free from traces. If you have a serious allergy, please check the product page carefully and contact us before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and exclude VAT. Thai VAT at 7% is calculated and added at checkout, and delivery charges are shown separately, so you always see the full amount before you pay.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which currently include Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express cards, PromptPay QR, Thai mobile banking, TrueMoney, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay, Alipay and PayPal. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

We try to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, timings and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights — including the fact that we cannot accept returns of food products once dispatched, and how we handle damaged, wrong or missing items — are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.

9. Intellectual property

The MUMS name, logo, wordmark, product names, photography, artwork and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you keep ownership of it but grant us permission to use it to promote MUMS across our website and social channels. Please do not submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that belongs to someone else.

11. Our liability

We take care to make sure this website and our products are as described. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights as a consumer under Thai law.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
