Shipping policy

Everything is packed fresh to order at our Bangkok base. Here is how and when it gets to you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver anywhere in Thailand. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing time

Orders are packed within one business day. Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Thai public holidays.

Delivery times

  • Anywhere in Thailand, Bangkok included — usually 1–2 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, festival periods, heavy rain, or for addresses in remote areas.

Delivery charges

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, and is always shown in full before you pay. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.

Tracking your order

You will get an email confirmation as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking link within two business days, email hello@mumstreats.com with your order number.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — our couriers need both. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

Heat and your candy

Thailand is warm, and some of our products — chocolate especially — do not love a hot delivery van. We pack accordingly, but during the hottest months chocolate may soften in transit. If your order arrives in a state you are not happy with, tell us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is damaged on arrival, or the tracking says delivered but nothing has reached you, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the courier and replace or refund your order.
